I truly believe eating nourishing foods is an act of self-love. Food fosters a relationship with the Earth, awakens the senses, connects us with our ancestors, and provides transformational magic when we fuel our bodies properly.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) my purpose is to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and dysfunctions, support restoring balance back to the body, and reconnect you with your innate body wisdom.

Providing the body with proper nutrients, through a food first approach, can guide the body back into an optimal state. We are meant to feel good in our bodies, cultivating radiance within ourselves.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic and natural approach to well-being. Focusing on the six foundations of health, along with a targeted bio-individual approach, Nutritional Therapy can support you in reconnecting with your own innate body wisdom and restoring balance back to your body. You can learn how to listen to your body’s whispers and begin to understand which foods and lifestyle choices truly NOURISH YOU. By understanding this, you can create sustainable change that allows you to thrive and live more fully. This is not a ‘one size fits all’ protocol, band-aid approach, or program fixed in extreme dieting and restriction. Nutritional Therapy gets to the root cause of symptoms that many of us have been led to believe are common. But common does not mean normal. Symptoms such as:
